Love Grass Genus Details
Lovegrass is an annual grass from Japan which is used in gardens for its ornmental displays. Lovegrass has long flower clusters called panicles and small spikelets of fruits nearly 1 1/2 feet long. It grows to a height of 3 feet. The spikelets are then dried and used in arrangements. Seed can be sown outdoors after the frosts are over.
